Facile {easy, wind-down} Dinner

Eating at a Fairweathers’ Facile Dinner is a relaxing experience, with a focus on enjoying great company & winding down for the weekend. Pat creates a seasonal menu, sometimes the dishes are plated, sometimes shared, inspired by classic cuisine and to be enjoyed with friends and family. The set menu is $50per head and can also be enjoyed with matched wines & cocktails from our carefully selected drinks list!

Formelles {formal} Dinner

Saturday evening is where we embrace adventure, passion & creativity with a chefs menu that will delight the senses and make for an unforgettable evening! There are no rules! Chef Pat gets to use the techniques, methods and ingredients that brought him to Australia and work in Chefs hat restaurants. This is an intimate dining experience. $80pp.

Session du Dimanche {Sunday Session}

This will be a very Fair weather affair (only a handful a year)! Very garden produce inspired and a time where Jackie, not Pat plays in the kitchen. The menu & table will be communal, we can all come together to enjoy food, the season, good company and perhaps a stroll around the garden. $65 pp includes cocktail on arrival {yes very saucy!}
